2025 will mark 400 years since the death of King James VI & I of Scotland, England and Ireland.

We are a team of postgraduate researchers from institutions across the UK, who will be hosting a multi-day conference with accompanying workshops and activities on 9-11 July 2025 in Glasgow.

We want to interrogate James' rich life and legacy, and showcase the innovative research and work that has been inspired by this!

We are working hard to ensure that the conference is as fun, dynamic and accessible as possible.
